However, he is unable to prevent the shot from being taken; the visiting Ukrainian president is killed and Bob Lee is the fall guy.
Nadine, a disgraced FBI agent, arrests him. Awaiting arraignment, Bob Lee has to stay alive in federal prison, while the conspirators are trying to get him killed.
During one of those botched attempts, Bob Lee manages to escape. He vows to do what he does best: hunt. Adam E. Since Bob Lee is out in the world, he's the subject of a manhunt.
He is able to tell his wife that Isaac is part of the conspiracy and later gets help from a friend at the VA to fake his own death and become a ghost.
He trusts Nadine with this secret. Meanwhile, the conspirators try to silence Nadine, who started asking the wrong questions, though Bob Lee is just in time to save her.
Adam Davidson. Bob Lee finds the original bullet used in the assassination and traces it back to a fringe militia.
Even though they aren't the source for the bullet, they are preparing for something nefarious and Bob Lee stops them. Bob Lee follows the breadcrumbs the bullet left to his former instructor, O'Brien.
He tells Bob Lee to find the "black kings", one of only four sniper rifles capable of making the shot. He gives Bob Lee his own black king after they both deal with a clandestine outfit the conspirators send on their path called "Annex B".
Nadine is finally able to convince her boss at the FBI some things aren't adding up. Bob Lee crosses the country to find the shooter while Julie deals with a family betrayal.
Excellent app, I use it daily, and always on the fly for a quick search. This is a huge problem for me. The news topic list drones on without a seeming end and in order for me to switch topics Top, Movies, Tv, Celeb I either have to scroll all the way back to the top or I have to back out of the news and then open it again and switch.
There was a similar issue a few updates back but it was resolved. Before the update, the topics were at the top and immediately accessible for switching with just a tap.
It just felt more streamlined. I am understanding of change and I accept it freely, especially when it makes things easier and functions better.

Red L Super Reviewer. Dec 17, Mark Wahlberg is quickly becoming my favorite action star with the release of Lone Survivor coming after this action thriller from He's become the new military hero; this film following in the vein of Rambo.
The plot is actually carved straight out of a Rambo movie: Gratuitous violence is blended with a conspiracy story. Wahlberg's character, Bob Le Swagger is tricked by government officials into a mission that isn't what was advertised.
The ensuing manhunt, displaying Swagger's skill, cunning, and real patriotism contrasts excellently with the conniving government men. Glover's and Beatty's characters are really sleazy and morally bankrupt.
Critics have degraded this film as implausible and the cinematic equivalent of "special forces-style" pulp fiction, but I see it as undeniably entertaining.
Anyway, considering today's Osama Bin Laden-Benghazi type headlines, is it all that implausible? It's all about moral choices in the face of a completely corrupt system.
Finally, I love that Wahlberg's character calls my home state Tennessee: "the patron state of shooting stuff", even though that grammar is atrocious.
Clintus M Super Reviewer. Sep 29, Shooter is a well-crafted thriller that's intense and exciting. Former Special Forces marksman Bob Lee Swagger is setup to take the fall for an attempted presidential assassination, but when he escapes capture Swagger attempts to expose the conspiracy and tear it down.
And, director Antoine Fuqua does an impressive job with the action sequences. Additionally, the storytelling's well-done and keeps the film moving at a steady pace while also building intrigue.
